Hanoi Police is one of the few Vietnamese football teams with a busy competition schedule because in addition to V-League, National Cup, they also participate in the Southeast Asian Cup C1. At the recent AFF Cup 2024, the Hanoi Police team was also honored to contribute 5 players to the Vietnamese team including goalkeeper Nguyen Filip, defender Bui Hoang Viet Anh, Vu Van Thanh, midfielder Nguyen Quang Hai, Le Pham Thanh Long.

Right after winning the AFF Cup 2024 with the Vietnamese team, Nguyen Quang Hai and his teammates from CAHN Club went to Manila to compete in the Southeast Asian Cup 1 (Shopee Cup), winning 2-1 against Kaya Iloilo Club, thereby maintaining the top position in Group B.

At 7:15 p.m. today at Hang Day Stadium, Nguyen Quang Hai and the CAHN team will host the Ha Tinh team in the round of 16 of the 2024-2025 National Cup. In the first home match of the new year 2025, coach Mano Polking and his team expressed their determination to win to create momentum for their journey to conquer all 3 arenas.

Ha Tinh Club (red shirt) is also determined to defeat CAHN team in the round of 16 of the 2024-2025 National Cup.

In terms of strength, Nguyen Quang Hai and his teammates are rated higher, however, the stability of the CAHN players is not really good compared to their opponents. For example, in the V-League, the Ha Tinh team won 3, drew 6, and got 15 points after 9 matches, while the CAHN team won 4, drew 2, and lost 3, getting 14 points. As the only team that has not lost a match in the V-League, Luong Xuan Truong and the Ha Tinh team promise to cause difficulties for the CAHN team. The problem of how to penetrate the solid defense of the Ha Tinh team awaits the answer from the students of coach Mano Polking.

The match between CAHN and Ha Tinh in the round of 16 of the National Cup will take place at 7:15 p.m. today at Hang Day Stadium and will be broadcast live on FPT Play and HTV Sports.
