On the morning of March 11, Comrade Tran Hong Ha, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister chaired an online conference of the Prime Minister's Working Group according to Decision 1435/QD-TTg dated November 17, 2022 on reviewing, urging, and guiding the removal of difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of real estate projects for localities and enterprises after the promulgation of new laws. Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended at the Thai Binh bridge.

In recent times, with the drastic participation and synchronous coordination of ministries, branches and local authorities, the real estate market has had many positive changes. The Government has issued many documents guiding, answering and removing difficulties and obstacles regarding: planning, social housing, renovation of old apartments, construction permits, project transfers... for localities to promote the real estate market to develop safely, healthily and sustainably. However, the real estate market is still facing many difficulties and challenges. The main reason is that the country's economy is in the process of recovery, so the real estate market has not developed as expected; many real estate projects have encountered difficulties in implementation such as having to suspend, postpone progress, difficulties in accessing credit loans, legal procedures; strong purchasing power; limited supply for the market; The number of newly approved and completed housing development projects has decreased, leading to limited supply causing housing prices to increase…

At the conference, ministries, branches and localities focused on discussing solutions to remove difficulties to promote the development of the real estate market such as: compensation for site clearance; determining land prices and calculating land use fees; adjusting planning, removing institutional and investment environment problems; speeding up the progress of real estate projects, especially social housing projects...

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha requested the Government's Working Group to continue focusing on completing the tasks and solutions assigned by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1435/QD-TTG on reviewing, urging, and guiding the removal of difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of real estate projects for localities and enterprises; effectively implementing the Project "Investing in the construction of at least one million social housing units for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period 2021 - 2030" and "Credit Program of 120,000 billion VND"; urging and guiding localities to review, establish, and adjust master plans, zoning plans, and detailed construction plans to serve as a basis for implementing real estate projects in the area; strengthening inspection and examination of land price determination procedures for projects. Localities proactively review legal procedures, specify difficulties and problems of each project to request competent authorities to consider and resolve them in accordance with their functions and authority; restructure and restructure the list of projects and products to suit the implementation capacity of enterprises and the actual conditions of the locality; proactively review and restructure capital sources, especially credit capital sources, to focus on implementing and completing each project to avoid spreading investment; readjust real estate segments and prices to suit the market to ensure liquidity and create capital flows to maintain operations.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha also requested the Prime Minister's Working Group to fully absorb the recommendations and proposals at the conference as a basis for implementing solutions in the coming time.
