Vocational training for full-time union officials

This morning, May 9, the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) held a training conference to disseminate the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Quang Tri Provincial General Confederation of Labor for the 2023-2028 term for full-time union officials in the whole province.

In his opening speech, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen The Lap emphasized that the new point of this training course is that the Provincial Federation of Labor will train full-time union officials in the whole province on new content that students have not had the opportunity to access.

After attending the training course, specialized union officials of the industry and district will conduct training for the grassroots and disseminate it to union members and workers.

Participating in the training course, trainees were informed about the following contents: raising awareness of digital transformation; thoroughly grasping the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Quang Tri Provincial General Confederation of Labor and programs to implement breakthroughs for the 2023-2028 term; implementing the Law on Grassroots Democracy; Instruction No. 11/HD-TLĐ dated March 14, 2024 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor guiding trade unions to participate in implementing democracy at the grassroots level.

Through the training course, union officials at all levels will grasp the basic and core contents of the resolution and programs for implementing breakthroughs, especially opportunities, challenges, goals, breakthroughs, tasks, and solutions for union activities for the 2023-2028 term.

Thereby creating unity of awareness, raising sense of responsibility, promoting intelligence, initiative and creativity of union officials to implement resolutions of union congresses at all levels.

At the same time, create a broad political activity so that each union official, especially full-time union officials and key officials at all levels of the union, can grasp and organize the implementation of the resolution correctly, creatively and effectively; create a vibrant emulation movement at all levels of the union to successfully implement the goals, targets and tasks set out in the resolution.
