Dang Thi Hong Cam won the title of Miss Charm of Kien Giang province.

The organizing committee awarded the crown and certificate of beauty queen title to contestant Dang Thi Hong Cam.

Launched in January 2025, the 2025 contest for civil servants, public employees, and workers in Kien Giang province has 66 contestants who are union officials and union members from grassroots unions in Kien Giang province registered to participate. After the preliminary round, 29 contestants were selected for the final round.

In the final round, contestants competed in four parts including office wear performance; talent demonstration in singing, dancing, presenting, reciting poetry...; ao dai performance; evening gown performance.

After two nights of competition, contestant Dang Thi Hong Cam (Labor Union of Hong Bang Primary School, under the Labor Federation of Rach Gia City) was crowned beauty queen.

The first runner-up title belonged to contestant Le Thi My Tran (Trade Union of Vo Van Kiet Secondary and High School, Rach Gia City, under the Education Trade Union of Kien Giang Province); the second runner-up title belonged to Truong Minh Thuy An (Trade Union of Huong Duong Kindergarten, under the Labor Federation of Rach Gia City); contestant Tran Thao Vy (Trade Union of Kien Giang Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade) won the third runner-up title.

The contestant who wins the title of beauty queen will be awarded a crown, certificate, and prize money; the first runner-up, second runner-up, and third runner-up will be awarded certificates and prize money.

The contest organizers awarded the first runner-up title to contestant Le Thi My Tran.

The Organizing Committee also awarded 4 subsidiary prizes: The Ao Dai beauty prize went to contestant Thi Hieu (Labor Union of Ha Tien Kindergarten, under the Labor Federation of Ha Tien City); the office beauty prize went to contestant Duong Thi Cam Tien (Labor Union of Dong Hung Kindergarten, under the Labor Federation of An Minh District); the lovely beauty prize went to contestant Le Thi Bao Tran (Labor Union of An Minh District's Transport Block, under the Labor Federation of An Minh District); contestant Nguyen Tran My Ai (Labor Union of Vinh Hoa Hiep Commune, under the Labor Federation of Chau Thanh District) won the talented beauty prize.

Each winner will receive a certificate and a cash prize. In addition, the finalists, title winners and other secondary winners will also receive many valuable gifts from the sponsors.

The organizers awarded consolation prizes to the contestants.
