The project includes three 18-hole golf courses and the group’s largest residential complex in East Asia, the spokesperson added. The first two golf courses are expected to be operational by mid-2027. The group is also involved in the construction of two golf courses in Indonesia, one of which is under construction.

The site for the golf course or other hotel project has been selected near the economic hub of Ho Chi Minh City. The deal is expected to be announced later this year and will see investment in about three to four projects in Vietnam, the person added, adding that it was too early to disclose the scale of the investment.

Trump Organization is a private, multi-industry corporation owned by the family of US President Donald Trump. This is a leading corporation in the field of luxury real estate investment, hotels and golf courses, with many large-scale projects in many countries.

During his 4 years as US President from 2017 to 2020, Mr. Donald Trump stopped running the Trump Organization because he did not want to use his presidential power to increase his assets.

The Trump Organization was later placed in a trust to avoid conflicts of interest. He handed over leadership to his children in 2017.
