At the same time, preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, promptly advise the Politburo, the Secretariat and Party committees at all levels to organize extensive political activities throughout the Party, from Party cells to the Central Committee, on basic viewpoints, contents and strategic orientations for the new era, the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise, in order to create high unity of awareness throughout the Party, people and army.

In addition, focus on advising the Politburo, the Secretariat and Party committees at all levels to effectively lead and direct the fields of culture, arts, science, technology, education, training, environment, population, health care, social security, etc. to care for and improve the material, cultural and spiritual life of the people, especially in remote areas and ethnic minority areas.
