The Minister expressed his hope that the 12th Vietnam-India People’s Friendship Festival will continue to strengthen solidarity, enhance cultural and people-to-people exchanges, continue to discuss and innovate organizational forms and improve the efficiency and quality of the Festival programs; thereby promoting bilateral cooperation in many fields such as information technology, communications, digital transformation and education.
According to the Minister, the digital transformation revolution and the development of new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) are opening up many new opportunities and new forms to enhance the effectiveness of friendship exchange programs. Vietnam and India are two countries interested in education and IT development.

The two sides can consider exploiting digital platforms to organize cultural and heritage exhibitions in virtual reality, and build online courses on the languages, cultures and histories of the two countries. Build common groups on social networks to share information and connect the communities of the two countries. In particular, it is necessary to focus on developing relations between the two countries' young generations, supporting connections between students and young people; continue to build more scholarship exchange programs, university exchanges both in person and online, as well as organize innovation and startup competitions to connect Vietnamese and Indian youth.

The 12th Vietnam-India People’s Friendship Festival is an important event to enhance friendship, cultural exchange and cooperation between the people of Vietnam and India.
