Detained teacher sexually abusing female secondary school student in Binh Duong

Regarding information posted on social media accusing a male teacher of sexually abusing a female secondary school student, Di An City Police, Binh Duong Province, said they had detained Mr. Van Dinh Luong, a teacher at Vo Truong Toan Secondary School.

According to initial verification results, Mr. Luong repeatedly touched the body parts of a female student.

Mr. Luong was detained to clarify signs of the crime of "obscenity against people under 16 years old", stipulated in Article 146 of the 2015 Penal Code.

Previously on social media, the NN account posted information with photos accusing a teacher at a middle school of abusing his power and sexually assaulting a minor female student.

The accused is Mr. Luong.

A representative of the local education management agency, the People's Committee of Di An ward, said they had received information about the accusation against the teacher and were coordinating with the police to clarify the matter.

According to VNA, this teacher lured female students to karaoke and sexually assaulted them. Initial information said he had sexually assaulted TD many times. The investigation agency and D.'s family have taken her for medical examination.
