According to authorities, this group of people regularly commits illegal acts, causing disorder and insecurity in Bien Hoa City. They even film clips and post them on social media to challenge the authorities.

Faced with the above situation, the Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police has directed police forces to increase patrols and control, determined to search, fight and handle.

After many days of monitoring, on the night of November 14, the authorities suddenly surrounded and arrested a group of people causing public disorder in Tan Hiep ward, Bien Hoa city and clarified the role of each person in the incident.

At the same time, the Provincial Police Director also directed an expanded investigation into vehicle modification facilities and the act of handing over vehicles to unqualified drivers.
