Following Uncle Ho's teaching: "If you do mass mobilization well, everything will be successful", in recent times, Party committees and authorities at all levels have made many innovations in mass mobilization work at the grassroots level. Since then, many good models and creative ways of doing things have emerged in various fields, making an important contribution to the completion of the province's political tasks.

22 models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization"

According to the assessment of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, in recent times, the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" has become increasingly in-depth and effective. Sectors and localities have based on the actual situation and conditions of each locality and unit to focus on directing the construction of models, typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" associated with patriotic emulation movements and campaigns in the system with specific, practical and appropriate actions that bring about effectiveness in all areas of social life. Based on Instruction No. 08 of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission on building the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model for the period 2021 - 2025, in 2023, the whole province had 746 models registered at the district level, with 13/14 districts, towns, city Party Committees, and affiliated Party Committees recognizing 155 district-level models; 1 unit has not yet considered recognizing a district-level model. There were 13/14 units (except Duc Linh unit) proposed to recognize 39 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models at the provincial level. On that basis, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee held a meeting to consider and recognize the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model at the provincial level in 2023 for 22 collectives and individuals.

Many collective models have brought about high results, had a widespread influence among the people and have been maintained and replicated by all levels and sectors. In the coming time, to continue to effectively implement the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in 2024 according to Instruction No. 08; The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission requests the Vietnam Fatherland Front, provincial socio-political organizations, the Standing Committees of district, town, city Party Committees, and provincial Party Committees to lead and direct their organizational systems to continue to thoroughly disseminate the role, position and importance of the Party's mass mobilization work in general and the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in particular to the contingent of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and the people in order to raise awareness in the political system, contributing to innovating the Party's mass mobilization work in accordance with the new situation.

In addition, based on the actual situation and conditions of each locality, the unit focuses on directing the construction of models, typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" associated with patriotic emulation movements and campaigns in the system with specific, practical and appropriate actions. In particular, pay attention to evaluating the results of building effective models for consideration of replication; at the same time, review and build new models with good and creative ways of doing things for consideration of recognition at one's level and propose to higher levels to consider recognizing typical "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models by the end of 2024 according to the prescribed time.

In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee requested that district, town, city Party Committees and provincial Party Committees strengthen the dissemination and replication of recognized models in 2023 in affiliated agencies and units; study and learn suitable models to apply and implement in their Party Committees and Party Committees. At the same time, continue to direct more effective implementation of models with low results and not yet widespread among the people in 2023 so that by 2024, 100% of Party Committees in the whole province consider recognizing the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model at their level and have many good models proposed for recognition at the provincial level.
