Localities transferred troops to the Provincial Military Command, Provincial Border Guard Command, Division 330, Division 8, Military School of Military Region 9, Armored Brigade 416, Brigade 950 (Military Region 9), Naval Region 5 and units under the Ministry of Public Security.
