Enzo Fernandez scored a stunning free-kick to help Chelsea beat Aston Villa 3-1 in the FA Cup fourth round replay.
In the 54th minute, when Chelsea were awarded a free kick about 25 meters from goal, Fernandez took the responsibility of taking the shot. The Argentine midfielder sent the ball soaring over the wall and into the top corner, beating fellow goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez, thereby increasing the score to 3-0.

After scoring a great goal, Fernandez took off his shirt to celebrate the goal, similar to Lionel Messi in the 2017 El Clasico match at the Bernabeu. The 23-year-old player accepted a yellow card according to football rules.
Chelsea had already scored two goals. Conor Gallegher opened the scoring in the 11th minute with a shot into the top corner, while Nicolas Jackson headed a cross from the right wing to double the lead in the 21st minute. Aston Villa only managed to get one goal back thanks to Moussa Diaby's low shot in the 90+1 minute.
The match on the evening of February 7 was a replay between the two teams in the fourth round of the FA Cup, after they drew 0-0 in the first match on January 26. Compared to the two defeats to Liverpool 1-4 and Wolves 2-4 in the Premier League, Chelsea played completely differently. Coach Mauricio Pochettino's players circulated the ball faster, shot more and more accurately. Meanwhile, the team ranked fourth in the Premier League only controlled the ball 49%, shot 10 times, two times less than Chelsea, even though they played at home at Villa Park.
Chelsea will host Championship side Leeds United in the fifth round on February 28. Fernandez has scored six goals in 29 appearances for Chelsea this season, split evenly across the Premier League, FA Cup and League Cup.
The Stamford Bridge team is currently ranked 11th in the Premier League, but has reached the League Cup final and the fifth round of the FA Cup.
