Recently, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB) was honored to be honored as the Best Places To Work in Vietnam 2024, announced by Anphabe and the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The Best Places to Work in Vietnam is an annual working environment ranking organized by Anphabe - a pioneering consulting unit on Employer Branding and Working Environment solutions, sponsored by VCCI and verified by market research company Intage Vietnam. This ranking also provides in-depth analysis of human resource trends and human resource management, decoding important factors in attracting, motivating and retaining talent for businesses to shape effective human resource strategies. In 2024, the ranking was compiled based on survey results from more than 70,000 employees across Vietnam based on many criteria such as: salary, development opportunities, culture and environment, leadership and management, quality of work - life and company reputation... With persistent efforts in building an equal, friendly, cohesive, professional working environment for employees to shine in their own way with a clear career path, competitive welfare policies and many preferential policies for employees, SeABank was voted and honored in the ranking of Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2024.
