Implementing the policies of the Party, the State, the direction of the Government, the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and the Party Committee, the leaders of Dak Nong Provincial Police on eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, with the spirit of "Where there is a need, there is youth, where there is difficulty, there is youth", the youth of Dak Nong Provincial Police have not been afraid of the sun and rain, actively coordinated with local authorities to support working days, help poor and near-poor households to dismantle old houses, transport construction materials and accompany people to build, repair and renovate houses, contributing to joining hands with the whole country to effectively implement the policy of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses.

Mr. K'Srai's family (born in 1952, Bon Ting Wel Dom, Dak Nia commune, Gia Nghia city, Dak Nong province) is one of the households with especially difficult circumstances, supported by the Ministry of Public Security and Dak Nong province with 80 million VND to build a new house of about 50 square meters according to the policy of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses.
Mr. K'Srai is now old, sick, and unable to work. His wife died many years ago due to a serious illness. He lives with his daughter and four grandchildren in a dilapidated house that leaks and becomes moldy every time it rains. Despite many efforts, his family still does not have enough money to build a new house.

When the police and local authorities supported him with money and labor to build a new house, Mr. K'Srai happily and emotionally shared that the house his family had lived in for a long time was too dilapidated and damaged. Now with the attention and help of the police and local authorities, the family is very grateful to have a new house.
"In recent days, the police officers have actively supported the dismantling and transportation of materials to speed up the completion of the house. The family is very grateful to all levels, sectors and the police officers," Mr. K'Srai said emotionally.
Despite the unfavorable weather, with unpredictable sunshine and rain, every day, members and youths from the provincial police and Dak Nia commune police departments were present early to start work. Dozens of officers and soldiers did not hesitate to carry, shovel soil, shovel mortar, carry bricks... to support the construction of houses for people in especially difficult circumstances.
“Although the work was quite tiring and the weather was harsh, every member and youth participating in the program felt happy and excited because they had contributed a small part of their efforts to help people in especially difficult circumstances soon have a new, spacious house to live in,” shared Lieutenant Do Sach Toan, Youth Union of the Criminal Techniques Department of Dak Nong Provincial Police.

Captain Bui Le Hieu, Head of the Youth Department, Dak Nong Provincial Police, said that, promoting the pioneering spirit of the youth, the unit has proactively advised leaders at all levels to mobilize union members and youth of the Provincial Police's professional units to coordinate with the commune-level police to contact local authorities, review households in difficult circumstances, families with meritorious services to the revolution who are eligible for financial support to build and repair houses according to the policy of eliminating temporary houses and dilapidated houses to support working days to dismantle temporary houses, transport materials, build new houses... to help families soon have a complete house.
"These practical and meaningful actions not only demonstrate the spirit and responsibility of the Dak Nong Police force towards the community but also provide an opportunity for young officers and soldiers to practice their qualities and ethics, and wholeheartedly serve the people," Captain Bui Le Hieu shared.

Not only voluntarily contributing funds, the youth of Dak Nong Provincial Police also directly participated in the process of building and repairing houses for the people. Each brick, each shovel was made not only by hand but also by the enthusiastic hearts of the youth, with the hope that families in especially difficult circumstances will soon have a new, spacious house to live in, contributing to the effective implementation of the policy of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses with all levels and sectors. Thereby building national solidarity, strengthening people's trust in the Dak Nong Police force in particular and the People's Police in general.
