What support has helped Minh Vuong International Trade Investment Joint Stock Company (Minh Vuong Company) to invest and develop a new industry - manufacturing wooden furniture for export?
Over the past 35 years, Bitexco Nam Long Joint Stock Company has grown from a small group to a multi-industry economic group with an ecosystem of companies in many fields. The Company's starting point and pillars are large and modern textile and fiber factories. In 2005, the Company signed a cooperation agreement with Houei (Japan) to export high-quality cotton handkerchiefs to Japan. Our biggest difficulty and challenge when investing in developing the production of exported wooden furniture is investing in a province without forests and without advantages in wood materials like Thai Binh. However, this factor is a great motivation for the Company to find bold decisions.
Since 2009, we have started implementing the project of producing wooden furniture, more specifically wooden doors for export. To overcome the difficulty in raw materials, Minh Vuong boldly imported high-quality wood from countries with developed wood processing industries.
At the same time, the Company constantly innovates and improves, from investing in highly automated technology, using modern European production lines to building and training a team of professional, highly technical, and skilled personnel, thereby ensuring the best quality products to serve the international market.
As one of the pioneering companies in applying modern technology to production, what basic steps has Minh Vuong Company taken in automating production lines and applying digital technology to factory management and operation?
In 2019, Minh Vuong Company was established with the main product being the production of wooden doors for export. The company continues to invest in building a standard, modern factory, a green factory in Phuc Khanh Industrial Park (Thai Binh City).
Minh Vuong Company always considers technology as the key factor to improve production efficiency and product quality. The company invests in a wood factory with European automated production lines, along with international imported raw materials, producing high-class wooden doors exported to the US, Brazil, Europe and serving domestic high-class restaurant, hotel and office complex projects.
The factory has a closed production process, modern wood processing lines, high technology according to international standards imported from Italy, Japan and Taiwan, along with leading experts and a team of professional, highly skilled workers. Many production stages are fully automated, using robots to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
Digital technology is not only strongly applied in production, but also applied to a number of operations that directly serve the business process, market development... Accordingly, digital technology is widely applied in production management, helping Minh Vuon Company control quality, progress and costs in an optimal way. The focus is on continuing to build trust and a solid reputation in the US, Brazil and European markets. Each customer not only becomes a strategic partner, but also accompanies Minh Vuong in expanding the market and developing products.
In addition, Minh Vuong Company continues to focus on modernizing its organization and management, as well as completing investment in new machinery and technology in production. Promoting the application of technology in production management and market development, reducing costs, improving competitiveness and boosting exports.
