Takao Granite Joint Stock Company was established more than 3 years ago with main products being ceramic tiles and glazed roof tiles, which have initially built a foundation and position in the industry. In order to produce products that are suitable for consumer tastes, the Company has researched, applied, and operated modern production lines, diversified in colors and designs, and selected environmentally friendly materials to produce safe products, meeting the maximum requirements as well as being suitable for the trends of users, highly appreciated and trusted by distributors, partners, and customers.
Recently, the Company was honored to receive the award "Top 5 National Famous Brands in 2024" voted by the Vietnam Institute for Invention Development and Technology Innovation. Thanks to that, the Company now has nearly 200 distributors across 63 provinces and cities nationwide. The Company's products are also exported to markets in several countries around the world such as: UK, Belgium, Germany, Russia, Japan, Korea... Since the beginning of the year, the Company has produced more than 12 million m2 of products, with revenue of over 900 billion VND, creating jobs for more than 500 workers with an average salary of nearly 9 million VND/person/month.
Along with the production and business tasks, the Company always focuses on social security activities for the community. With the joint efforts of all employees in the Company, the work of gratitude and social charity has become a movement, a beautiful cultural feature of the enterprise. Most of the social security programs launched by Phu Tho province, the Company always accompanies with significant contributions. Especially social programs such as: Giving Tet gifts to poor households, those in difficult circumstances, supporting the scholarship fund to help people go to school, supporting the construction of Party committee houses... with annual donations of up to billions of VND.
Mr. Kieu Quang Dat - Human Resources Director of the Company said: With the business philosophy of "Always putting the interests of society and consumers in parallel with the interests of the enterprise", along with the constant efforts to develop production and business, the Company also actively participates in social security work in the locality with many practical and meaningful activities. Since the beginning of the year, the total amount of money the Company has spent on social security activities is over 600 million VND. At the time when storm No. 3 and its circulation caused damage in the Northern provinces recently, the Company mobilized 114 million VND to support overcoming the consequences of the storm. The Company's gifts are not only material but also heartfelt, sharing, demonstrating the tradition of mutual love, national love, and compatriotism, creating more motivation to overcome difficulties in life together, contributing to cultivating and building corporate culture, spreading humane and humanitarian values in society.
The goal of the enterprise is not only to generate profit but also to contribute to the sustainable development of the community, so in early 2025, along with investing in an additional production line with a capacity of 5 million m2/year to expand production and business, the Company will continue to join hands with the government in social security work, contributing to the completion of local poverty reduction goals.
