For the Inspection Committees at all levels, 26 party members were disciplined (8 reprimands, 6 warnings, 12 expulsions). According to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, in the first quarter of 2025, the district Party Committee resolved 3 party disciplinary complaints from party members. The settlement result was to maintain the disciplinary measures taken at the lower level. The district Party Committee resolved complaints against 1 party organization and 5 party members. The conclusion was that the complaint against the party organization was false; 4 complaints against party members had no basis for conclusion, 1 complaint was correct and partly correct, the party member had violated but not to the extent that disciplinary action was required.
Mr. Thai Binh - Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission assessed that the Inspection Commissions at all levels have well implemented the key task of inspecting lower-level Party organizations and Party members, including Party Committee members at the same level when there are signs of violations. The implementation of disciplinary measures against violating Party members ensures procedures, principles, and authority, strictly maintains discipline and order in the Party, and promotes positive effects ineducating Party members.
In the first quarter of 2025, Party committees at all levels inspected 29 Party organizations and 41 Party members on their compliance with Party policies and regulations. The inspection concluded that 29 Party organizations and 39 Party members performed well, while 2 Party members did not perform well.
The district Party Committee and equivalent inspected signs of violations against 3 party organizations and 4 party members. Through inspection, it was concluded that 2 party organizations and 2 party members violated to the extent that disciplinary action was required.
The district and grassroots inspection committees inspected 5 party organizations and 18 party members when there were signs of violations. Through the inspection, 12 party members violated to the extent that disciplinary action was required. Disciplinary action was taken against 11 party members, and the remaining party member's disciplinary period had expired.
