Notably, in some areas, 80% of real estate brokers have quit their jobs.

According to VARS, 554 real estate businesses were dissolved in the first five months of 2023, up 30.4% year-on-year. Overall, over 95% of real estate businesses nationwide had to reduce their workforce.
