In particular, heads of departments, branches, and chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities learned from the response to storm No. 3 and the recent rain and floods in the northern provinces, and continued to thoroughly grasp and fully implement the directives.

In particular, focus on checking and reviewing residential areas, houses, headquarters of agencies and units in the area (especially in mountainous areas), located in areas at high risk of landslides and flash floods, and must have early and specific plans to ensure the safety of people in the area; proactively monitor the development of natural disasters, promptly evacuate people in the area to a safe place.
The Department of Industry and Trade directs hydropower reservoir owners to check construction safety conditions; comply with reservoir and inter-reservoir operation procedures approved by competent authorities.
According to the assessment of the Quang Ngai Hydrometeorological Station, in the coming time, natural disasters will be very complicated, the risk of storms, rain and floods occurring in the area is very high and in the province there are many areas with high risk of landslides and flash floods when there is rain and floods, which can affect people in the area, especially in mountainous districts.
It is known that currently in Quang Ngai province, there are cracks on hillsides and mountainsides with a high risk of landslides.
