Conference to review administrative reform work in 2024

In 2024, Quang Nam made significant progress in administrative reform, creating a clear change in state management and serving the people. The province issued 94 legal documents, including 35 resolutions and 59 decisions, contributing to perfecting institutions and improving operational effectiveness. The work of streamlining the apparatus was promoted with the rearrangement of 01 district-level unit and 08 commune-level units, while perfecting the functions and tasks of 19 provincial-level specialized agencies and 09 district-level specialized departments.

By the end of 2024, the province had provided 1,025 online public services, including 1,011 full-process public services. The rate of online file processing at the provincial level reached 92.5%, at the district level 64.24% and at the commune level 75.67%. The province also digitized more than 76% of administrative procedure files, helping to significantly reduce processing time. The total number of files received and processed last year reached more than 390,000, with an on-time rate of over 98%. Project 06 continued to be effectively implemented with 25/25 essential public services having a high online reception rate.

The results achieved in 2024 are a solid foundation for Quang Nam to continue implementing administrative reform tasks in 2025, towards a modern, transparent administration that better serves people and businesses.
