And to be "impartial and impartial", one must know how to uphold self-respect and honor, not take political opportunism or power ambitions, preserve the dignity of cadres and party members, not be influenced, enticed, or negatively tempted; not let family, relatives, or others take advantage of one's position or job for personal gain; protect one's own reputation and honor and that of the party organization; and practice the culture of resignation when one lacks the ability or prestige.
