He is NSNA Duong Van Toan, born in 1978, in Quang Ninh province, admitted to the Vietnam Association of Photographers in January 2023. Currently active at the Quang Yen Photography Club.

On his social media account, besides the carefully crafted service photos, there are many familiar images of Quang Yen countryside: Chanh River, lim forest trees, people protecting the land in the border area, the old town, traditional festivals, Ha Long Carnival, beautiful moments of nature, work, the season of cotton flowers, the transition of seasons... "My greatest joy is to promote the image of people and life in my hometown", he shared.
