Phuoc Tan meets new rural commune standards

Delegates attended the announcement ceremony and received the decision to recognize Phuoc Tan commune as meeting new rural standards in 2023.

Phuoc Tan Commune was established in 2009. Over the past time, the Party Committee, the government and all the people in the commune have joined hands and united to develop the locality in all aspects, promoting the spirit of solidarity and emulation to achieve the goals, gradually completing 19/19 criteria for new rural construction and being recognized by the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province as meeting new rural standards in 2023. The success of the new rural construction program has contributed to changing the local appearance. Accordingly, the infrastructure has been invested in, the cultural and civilized lifestyle has been preserved and promoted, the material and spiritual life of the people has been improved, creating a high consensus among the people.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee Le Anh Nam said: Phuoc Tan is the 9th commune of Phu Rieng district to be recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as meeting new rural standards. This is an honor and pride for the Party Committee, government and people of the district in general and Phuoc Tan commune in particular. We hope that with the local revolutionary tradition, the Party Committee, government and people of Phuoc Tan commune will continue to unite, be creative and strive to achieve more outstanding achievements.

At the ceremony, the organizing committee announced the decision and awarded the certificate of recognition of Phuoc Tan commune as meeting the new rural standards in 2023. On this occasion, the People's Committee of Phu Rieng district and the People's Committee of Phuoc Tan commune commended and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the process of building the new rural areas of the commune.
