The organization of Tue Tinh food street was assigned by Hai Duong city to Binh Han ward to carry out and complete the necessary items. The authorities will close the road on this street from 6-12 pm every Friday.

Tue Tinh Street has a 14 m wide roadway and 5 m sidewalks on each side, suitable for organizing a food street.

The section adjacent to the Provincial Labor Federation Cultural House, the People's Committee of Binh Han Ward has renovated the sidewalk for households to rent and sell goods. This row has 16 kiosks that will be arranged like train cars with many eye-catching colors for diners.

Some households are urgently decorating their shops and pruning tree branches.

The welcome gate of "Tue Tinh Food Street" will be placed at the intersection with Dien Bien Phu Street. However, the water pipe construction unit has not yet completed this section. Binh Han Ward People's Committee requested the unit to complete the work before April 25 to return the ground and sidewalk to the street.

Tue Tinh Food Street starts from the intersection with Dien Bien Phu Street to the intersection with Ngo Quyen Street, 620 m long. There are more than 50 households on the street doing food, health care, entertainment and recreation. The street is open from 6-12 pm every Friday and major holidays. On the remaining days of the week, part of the sidewalk is used to expand business (after deducting 2 m for pedestrians), traffic is normal. The Ward People's Committee also arranged 3 parking spots for people, including 1 spot on the sidewalk of the Provincial Labor Federation Cultural House, facing Ngo Quyen Street, and 2 spots in Lilama residential area.

The organization of Tue Tinh culinary street aims to create a cultural and culinary space, thereby promoting the consumption of products and specialties of Hai Duong city in particular and Hai Duong province in general, meeting the needs of spiritual culture, entertainment and experience of the people, attracting tourists, stimulating consumption, contributing to socio-economic development; overcoming the situation of violating urban order and encroaching on sidewalks for business.
