Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trinh Truong Huy sent his warmest greetings and expressed his pleasure at welcoming the delegation of Pacific Construction Group to visit and work in Cao Bang province; affirming that this is an important opportunity for the two sides to exchange information, learn and expand cooperation in the coming time.
Introducing the province in general, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the outstanding results of the province's potential and advantages for development and preferential investment conditions; provided information on a number of important infrastructure projects that the province is calling for investment from ODA capital and non-refundable aid capital. With the goal of becoming a province with a fast, dynamic, green, sustainable and comprehensive economic development by 2030, gradually forming a transit center for goods and logistics between Vietnam - China and ASEAN countries, in the coming time, Cao Bang province will continue to promote the development of a number of areas of transport infrastructure; build Cao Bang city into a green - clean - civilized and unique urban area; invest in completing infrastructure and entertainment services; complete the infrastructure of the border economic zone according to the planning project.
Cao Bang province always welcomes and welcomes domestic and foreign investors, including Chinese investors, to survey, research, share, and implement investment cooperation activities in the province, on the basis of "mutual benefit". The province is committed to creating an attractive, transparent, and open investment and business environment; accompanying investors, promptly resolving all difficulties and problems in the investment process and production and business activities of enterprises.
Thanking the Cao Bang provincial leaders for their welcome, Mr. Doan Tu Pham, Executive Director and General Director of Trang Nghiem Research Institute (China) highly appreciated the province's investment environment.
