On October 3, Comrade Vi Ngoc Bich, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, attended a Party cell meeting in Co Nhan area, Binh Lieu town, Binh Lieu district. Also attending was Comrade Pham Duc Thang, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Lieu district.

The Co Nhan Party Cell currently has 38 party members, including 35 official party members and 3 probationary party members. The Co Nhan area has 206 households with 776 people. At the meeting, the Party Cell reviewed some information in the Party Cell Activity Bulletin of the province and district and documents and materials serving the leadership and direction of the grassroots party organization; the thematic meeting "Personnel work is an extremely important issue to ensure the success of the Party Congress"; evaluated the results of the implementation of tasks in September, and discussed the direction and key tasks for October 2024. In a democratic and frank atmosphere, the Party members had many enthusiastic and responsible opinions to contribute to the issues of the area.

Speaking to the party members at the meeting, Comrade Vi Ngoc Bich, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, praised the Co Nhan Party Cell for organizing the meeting in accordance with the provisions of the Party Charter. After grasping the situation, listening to the Party Cell's report and discussion opinions, the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council assessed the Party Cell's role as the core leader at the grassroots level, which was clearly and comprehensively demonstrated in all areas.

He suggested that the Party Cell and Party Committee should focus on building a 4-good Party Cell (building quality activities and completing tasks well, implementing good Party Cell activities, good solidarity and good Party members). He emphasized that for thematic activities, the Party Cell should choose contents suitable for the locality. The Party Cell should focus on directing, launching movements, helping each other to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 to focus on economic development and stabilizing production. The Party Cell should pay attention to leading the people in the village to continue promoting the strengths of agricultural and forestry development. At the same time, prepare all conditions and facilities to elect village and neighborhood chiefs and village and neighborhood Party Cell Congresses; Party cells need to have high solidarity and unity within the Party, closely connect with the people, and promote "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle" so that each cadre and Party member always upholds the exemplary spirit, takes the lead in performing tasks in accordance with the motto "Party members go first, the country follows".
