Nearly 68,000 registered accounts
To promote online interaction in the digital environment between citizens, businesses and authorities at all levels, the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district has issued a plan and launched a peak emulation campaign to guide people to install, activate accounts and use utilities on the platform "Citizens of the Digital Capital - iHanoi".
Responding to the emulation movement, the Party Committees and authorities of the communes mobilized the participation of the entire political system, promoting the role of heads of departments, branches, units and organizations; especially the pioneering role of the grassroots police force, the vanguard role of youth union members and women's union members.
For the popularization of iHanoi, the grassroots youth union members play an active role. Accordingly, the youth union members of communes and towns coordinate with the community digital transformation team at the grassroots level to guide the installation of the iHanoi application for citizens aged 15 and over in the district. At the same time, they act as the focal point for technical support and answer questions during the installation process.
During the implementation process, Phuc Tho district also focused on propaganda work. Over the past several months, the district's Center for Culture, Information and Sports has promoted information about the digital transformation of Hanoi City and the district; the benefits of the iHanoi application for people and businesses in many methods, forms, types, vividly, richly and practically.
Information about the purpose, significance of installing, creating personal accounts and the benefits of iHanoi has also been widely disseminated and promoted on the electronic information page, on radio stations from the district to the grassroots, zalo pages, fanpages... Thanks to that, up to now, the whole district has had 67,918 registered accounts, including 7,605 newly registered accounts, ranking 7th in Hanoi.
Useful connection tools
Along with the available utilities, a very new highlight, which can be considered a breakthrough, a big step forward in bringing more benefits to the people of the Capital is the integration of VNeID into iHanoi. From November 11, 2024, people can use VNeID accounts to log in on this application.
The advantage of this application is its convenience and ease, as people now only need to use a single electronic identification account (VNeID) to log in to use services/applications provided by Hanoi government agencies such as iHanoi application, Hanoi City Public Service Portal. This helps people not have to remember many accounts and passwords, saving time when operating.
According to Permanent Vice Chairman of Phuc Tho District People's Committee Kieu Trong Sy, the iHanoi application not only affirms Hanoi's determination to build a green, smart and modern capital but also opens up new and convenient experiences for residents and tourists.
Also according to the representative of the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district, not only helping to look up information on traffic, health, education and enhancing interaction between the government and the people, being a bridge between the government and the community, iHanoi also ensures the participation of people in monitoring according to the motto "people know, people discuss, people do, people check, people supervise, people benefit".
With the practical significance of iHanoi, Mr. Kieu Trong Sy said that in the coming time, Phuc Tho district will continue to promote propaganda, mobilize, and guide people to participate and experience iHanoi to feel the positive changes that this application brings to daily life. From there, proactively register an account to have a useful connection tool to serve life.
