On the afternoon of December 18, at the administrative procedure dialogue conference for the last 6 months of 2024 organized by the People's Committee of Thanh Xuan district, organizations and citizens expressed their satisfaction and high appreciation for the quality of administrative procedure settlement at the one-stop department of the district and wards.

The reception and settlement of administrative procedures are closely monitored and controlled.

According to the People's Committee of Thanh Xuan District, in the last 6 months of 2024, 100% of administrative procedures will be received and resolved by the district and wards under the one-stop and one-stop mechanism. The district directs the one-stop department to strengthen propaganda and guidance for citizens and organizations to submit online public service applications on the Hanoi City Administrative Procedure Processing Information System https://dichvucong.hanoi.gov.vn; especially submitting and receiving results via public postal services and making online payments on the National Public Service Portal.

Regarding the proposal to support officers to provide detailed design guidance to citizens who come to carry out administrative procedures, Vice Chairman of Thanh Xuan District People's Committee Le Trung Cuong said that, regarding construction licensing and design, organizations and individuals can hire consulting units with a practice license, legal status, and capacity, who can advise and design according to the planning. The district's arrangement of additional officers to guide drawings is not included in the regulations.

Regarding the opinion of the representative of Amway Company, Vice Chairman of Thanh Xuan District People's Committee Le Trung Cuong said that, regarding the licensing of organizing multi-level sales seminars, the number of attendees is very large, posing many potential risks and dangers.
