Designed by artist Le Khanh Vuong of Vietnam Post Corporation, the stamp set “Uncle Ho’s Stilt House in the Presidential Palace” is available on the postal network from May 17, 2023 to December 31, 2024. With a concise graphic design style, the stamp depicts President Ho Chi Minh working in the stilt house; the block introduces the stilt house and outlines the garden and fish pond surrounding the stilt house.

On the same day, May 17, the President Ho Chi Minh Relic Site at the Presidential Palace also coordinated with the Archives Center III under the State Records and Archives Department to open the exhibition "Collection of signatures and autographs of President Ho Chi Minh from 1945 to 1969" and a scientific discussion on the topic "65 years of Uncle Ho's stilt house in the Presidential Palace area".
The exhibition “Collection of President Ho Chi Minh’s signatures and handwriting from 1945 to 1969” introduces more than 200 archival orders and decrees along with many handwritten documents and nearly 80 documentary photos illustrating the historical period from 1945 to 1969, which was also the 24 years that Uncle Ho held the highest position as President of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
Previously, the Ministry of Information and Communications also issued a number of stamp sets such as: "Commemorating the 82nd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday", "Commemorating the 100th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday", "50 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament (1969 - 2019)".
