Launching the Heritage Photography Award “Heritage Journey 2025”

This is the 11th year the award has been held. It is considered one of the awards with high professional quality and is increasingly widely responded to by the photography community. The winning works are selected by a professional jury, who are professional representatives of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.

The photo series won the "Heritage Journey 2024" award.

This year, the Heritage Photography Award - "Heritage Journey 2025" continues to be accompanied by the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, sponsoring the regional Gold - Silver - Bronze Medals according to the Association's regulations.

In 2025, there will be 4 competition categories according to the following themes: Culture - Heritage; Destination tourism (domestic/international) - Landscape; Lifestyle - Human portraits; Special shooting techniques such as drones, macro, underwater photography...

Professional and amateur photographers, both domestic and international, can participate. The work submitted is a photo reportage series with a theme in one of the four categories; each series has 8-12 photos, including at least 1 cover photo. The author of the photo reportage series must introduce the theme of the series and caption each photo.

The photo series won the "Heritage Journey 2024" award.

The photo series can be color or black and white; digital photos. Photos must not be edited to distort the truth during post-production. The photo series must not violate copyright, the content must comply with the Law on Press and Vietnamese culture.

The organizers do not accept photos created with AI (artificial intelligence) in any form. Each author is allowed to submit a maximum of 10 photo sets for all categories. Each photo set can only be entered into one theme.

Entries must not have won prizes in photo contests organized by other organizations; and must be new creations within the last 3 years.

The contest lasts for 4 months, from April 1 to July 31, 2025. Authors submit photos directly at the website https://giaianh.heritagevietnamairlines.com.

There will be 12 prizes of Vietnam Airlines tickets for the winning photo collections. Photo tours will be organized within the framework of the competition.

The final exhibition is expected to be held in September 2025 in Hanoi.
