The body of a giant whale washed up on Dien Hung beach in Nghe An province.

On May 11, Mr. Tran Thong - Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Hung Commune, Dien Chau District, Nghe An confirmed that local people had just discovered part of a whale carcass washed ashore. This whale carcass weighed about 5 tons.

Specifically, at around 5am on May 11, fishermen suddenly discovered a very large whale carcass washed up in Ngoc My village, Dien Hung commune, Dien Chau district, Nghe An. The information was quickly reported to local authorities by the people.

The part of the whale that washed ashore was the upper part of the whale's carcass, about 4m wide, about 6m long, weighing about 5 tons and in the process of decomposition. According to the experience of local fishermen, this whole whale is estimated to weigh up to tens of tons.
