NTO - Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to review and adjust the Land Price List for the 2020 period

Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DONRE) coordinated with relevant units to investigate, survey, collect information, analyze market fluctuations and propose adjusted and supplemented land prices to submit to competent authorities for decision. Accordingly, the scope of adjustment of the Land Price List in the province is based on the provisions of the 2024 Land Law, Decree No. 71/2024/ND-CP dated June 27, 2024 of the Government, resolutions of the Provincial People's Council and decisions of the Provincial People's Committee. At the meeting, members of the Provincial Land Price List Appraisal Council and local departments and branches basically agreed with the explanatory report of the DONRE; at the same time, proposed to supplement and update a number of Phan Dang Luu roads; Van Lam - Son Hai resettlement areas to the provincial land price list.

Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The adjustment of the Land Price List for the period 2020-2024 in the province aims to ensure stability and prevent budget loss, ensuring harmony of rights, obligations and interests between the State, enterprises and people. He proposed that based on the comments of the delegates, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment urgently review, adjust and supplement the Provincial Land Price List in accordance with the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and other relevant regulations, ensuring that land prices are consistent with the actual situation in the province. Assign the Department of Justice and the Department of Finance to study and support the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in the steps of appraisal of dossier procedures; the process of promulgating legal documents to soon complete the Provincial Land Price List to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and approval.
