In the long term, the agricultural sector and the province have implemented solutions and brought about positive results. First of all, the solution is crop conversion. Monoculture crops are converted to multi-crop, multi-layer cultivation to limit risks.

The province encourages people to change their farming methods. They combine traditional and modern production, limit the use of fertilizers and toxic chemicals, and switch to organic production, saving input costs and increasing product value.
