Efforts to construct the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace

These days, at the construction site of the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace, hundreds of cadres, engineers, and workers are working hard. The sound of floor scrubbers mixed with the sound of screws erecting the outer surface of the poly sheet echoes throughout the construction site. Each person has a job, without anyone telling them to do anything, they are all trying their best to complete the project soon and put it into operation.

The project is entering the final stages of completion.

Engineer Pham Duc Doan - Site Commander of the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace Project said that Construction Joint Stock Company 201, the leading contractor consortium, has mobilized about 450 officers and engineers to work in 3 shifts and 4 teams to speed up the construction progress at the site. Up to now, the project has reached about 95% of the workload. Engineers and workers are determined to complete the project and put it into operation in time for International Children's Day this year.

According to the reporter's records, for the central auditorium block, the contractor has completed the construction of the grandstand steps and the soundproof wall. Currently, workers are installing the outdoor poly panel facade (about 95% of the work has been completed); it is expected to be completed before April 25. For block B (central classroom block), the indoor items have been basically completed, and the exterior of the building is currently being constructed. Block C (administrative, service, and dormitory blocks), the interior has been completed about 99% of the work, and the exterior will be completed before April 30. At block D (young sports area), each construction team is urgently completing the soundproof floor, yard, and facade system . Currently, this block has reached more than 90% of the work, and it is expected that the remaining work will be completed before April 25.

Poly panel facade has been basically completed by the contractor.

For block E (physical training ground), the contractor is focusing on completing the badminton court foundation and is spreading a layer of graded stone on the soccer field. At the same time, the installation of the net system is completed. It is expected that the remaining work will be completed by April 30. For block F (outdoor swimming pool), the contractor has completed the construction and installation of the water supply and drainage system and the swimming pool yard. In this block, there is a cluster of toilets and changing rooms. To date, the contractor has completed the rough construction and is installing the art frames on the roof. The entire block F has completed about 95% of the work.

For area G (square and water music performance area), the contractor has completed about 99% of the work on the ground; for the water music area, the technical systems have been installed and are waiting to be connected to the electrical system for testing. Area H (children's playground), the contractor has completed the reinforced concrete and granite-grinding concrete foundation (about 95% of the work). According to observations, in the yard area around the blocks, the contractors have also constructed the garden landscape.

Workers are urgently constructing the project.

Speaking to reporters, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hien - Director of the Provincial Development Project Management Board said that according to the plan, the project will be put into operation in time for International Children's Day June 1. Therefore, to keep up with the schedule, the management board has requested Construction Joint Stock Company 201 to urgently mobilize human resources to complete the final stages before handover. Up to now, the equipment of the blocks has been gathered at the construction site and installation has begun. With a relatively fast construction progress, ensuring technical requirements, we believe that the project will be completed on time.

It is known that to ensure the quality of the project, during the construction process, in addition to the investor, the supervising consultant has closely supervised; at the same time, each part and each stage has been accepted; there is a phase transition acceptance work. Therefore, in addition to the guaranteed progress, the quality of the project is also carried out in accordance with technical requirements.
