Summarizing the contribution in 2024 to the project "Warm clothes for children" initiated by Coolmate, Ninja Van Vietnam announced the successful transportation of 676 packages, reaching 90% of the progress in the goal of giving 100,000 warm clothes to children.
Transported 676 packages of warm clothes to give to disadvantaged children
The "Warm Clothes for Children" campaign was initiated by Coolmate in November 2024, aiming to deliver 100,000 warm clothes to disadvantaged children in mountainous areas, the result of contributions from many kind-hearted people across the country. Taking on the role of the project's transportation cost sponsor, Ninja Van Vietnam mobilized all resources from the Ninja B2B service to race against time, delivering warm clothes to children in time before the cold air waves caused the temperature to drop to 3-5 degrees Celsius.
In the last 2 months of the year, Ninja Van Vietnam's "Warm Clothes for Children" journey has recorded remarkable numbers:
More than 38,181km have been covered, including routes across difficult mountainous terrain.
Number of support points for receiving goods: more than 60 schools and support centers in remote areas. The Northern region includes the provinces of Lang Son, Ha Giang, Quang Binh, Nghe An... The Southern region includes the provinces of Dak Lak, Gia Lai and Ho Chi Minh City...
Average delivery time: 100% of packages delivered within 1-3 days; of which, 50% of packages are successfully delivered in less than 48 hours.
Mr. Phan Xuan Dung - Chairman of Ninja Van Vietnam said: “Ninja Van Vietnam has built its position as a leading logistics service provider in the market as a result of the trust and support of the community of partners and consumers in Vietnam. We believe that using the organization's strengths to serve the community, similar to the contributions to "Warm Clothes for Children", is the most meaningful way to respond to that trust.”
Personalize your marketing solutions to serve special customers
Beyond its role as a shipping service provider, Ninja Van Vietnam is also a strategic partner with Coolmate to develop since 2021. As Coolmate gradually expands its customer network across Vietnam, Ninja Van also develops resources, ensuring delivery to every place where customers place orders and regularly updates and provides shipping strategies with increasingly optimal costs and increasingly shortened delivery times.
Expanding beyond the scope of business, the two brands also joined hands to spread positive values to the community by using the strengths of the organization. With “Warm Clothes for Children” being the largest community activity Coolmate has ever carried out, Ninja Van Vietnam also maximized its B2B logistics capacity to promptly deliver “warmth” to thousands of children in mountainous areas in need of support. The logistics strategy serving the project is also a strategy that Ninja Van Vietnam has invested in and personalized, taking advantage of many Ninja B2B resources and pursuing effective operating principles.
According to the business representative, the resources used by Ninja B2B are high coverage density - a post office system spread across 800 current district and commune routes in Vietnam, ensuring the ability to deliver goods to anywhere in the country; a team of experienced local drivers - a team of drivers who understand the routes and delivery characteristics of local people, ensuring effective delivery to each support point.
The motto of the love-carrying vehicles is to optimize delivery time (understanding the urgency of the project, Ninja Van flexibly adjusts the delivery network, arranging delivery vehicles as soon as Coolmate completes product production); at the same time, spreading love with the power of connecting routes (Ninja Van not only invests in logistics capacity, but also brings the spirit of connection, spreading human values to every route that the vehicles can go to).
“Coolmate highly appreciates Ninja Van’s contributions as a strategic transportation partner. With its strength in B2B logistics, Ninja Van not only meets but also lays a solid foundation for a long-term cooperative relationship between the two parties. This is the factor that has created Ninja Van’s reputation and contributed significantly to the success of the projects we have implemented together,” said a Coolmate representative.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha - Deputy Director of the Children's Support Fund of Ha Giang province shared: "The winter climate in Ha Giang and the northern mountainous provinces is very harsh. In particular, some places in the border areas face more difficulties because they are far from tourist areas and receive little attention and support. The appearance of the "Warm Clothes for Children" buses carrying valuable gifts has brought a lot of joy to children this winter."
