The University of Science and the University of Agriculture and Forestry (Thai Nguyen) announced that students will return to school as usual from September 12.
The school notes that students in areas severely affected by floods and who are unable to travel to school for objective reasons may arrive later after traffic is safe. In these cases, the homeroom teacher should be informed immediately for advice and support.
Thai Nguyen University of Technology has decided to let lecturers and students return to school from September 13. The school will announce the schedule for make-up classes for missed classes later.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) also based on the actual weather situation after the storm, opened to welcome students back to school from this afternoon, September 12.
Students who cannot attend class in person due to the impact of floods (living in flooded areas and unable to move) can proactively contact their lecturers to request documents, self-study instructions, self-research or homework to ensure learning content.
After the storm recovery work was completed, students at Ha Long University (Quang Ninh) also returned to normal study from September 12.
Hanoi University of Procuracy also announced that admission and welcoming activities for new students will take place normally on September 14, without any changes.
