Accordingly, the specific important milestones are as follows:

From April 20 to April 25: The Department of Education and Training directs secondary schools to disseminate documents, regulations, registration methods, and advise parents on admission to grade 10 for the 2025-2026 school year.

From 3:00 p.m. on May 2 to 5:00 p.m. on May 10 at the latest: Students are allowed to register online on the 10th grade admission system as prescribed by the Department of Education and Training. Secondary schools enter data for secondary school graduation, priority (if any) and support candidates in registering if any problems occur.

From 3:00 p.m. on May 5 to 4:00 p.m. on May 9 at the latest: Secondary school graduates from other provinces submit application for specialized entrance exams at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted.

From May 12 to 5:00 p.m. on May 13 at the latest: The Department of Education and Training will review data entry of facilities (including data entry for direct admission subjects) and proceed to lock the data.

No later than 6:00 p.m. on May 13: Lock the registration portal 10 times 1. After this time, candidates and units cannot add or remove registrations.

No later than 4:00 p.m. on May 14: Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training will publish aggregated data on the number of first-choice students registering for each school.

No later than 4:00 p.m. on May 22: The Department of Education and Training receives data with registration numbers and exam rooms from the Department of Testing and Education Quality Assessment. From May 23 to 5:00 p.m. on May 27 at the latest: The Department of Education and Training will organize an inspection of the facilities of the examination sites.

From May 22 to 5:00 p.m. May 25 at the latest: Seal the 10th grade entrance exam registration forms and send them to the Department of Education and Training.

From May 26 to 5:00 p.m. May 28 at the latest: Issue registration forms to candidates.

The HCM City Department of Education and Training also noted: The exam results, benchmark scores and review time will be announced by the department in another document, based on the progress of marking and processing actual results.
