Since January 21, the Department of Education and Training of Dong Nai province has sent a document to high schools in the area to notify students to participate in the 2025 Exam Season Consulting program at Dong Nai University. According to this document, Exam Season Consulting is a program jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Ministry of Education and Training in provinces and cities across the country since 1998. The program is one of the activities to support and ensure the rights of students in accessing information about the high school graduation exam, career guidance and annual enrollment.
Accordingly, 12th grade students are given priority to participate in the direct consultation program at Dong Nai University. In addition, the schools also organize for students who cannot attend directly to follow the program online through Thanh Nien Newspaper channels. .
Similarly, the Department of Education and Training of Binh Duong province also sent a document to high schools in the area to participate in the 2025 Exam Consulting Program. Accordingly, the Department sent representatives of teachers and students from 10 schools to attend directly.

Also in the program, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh, Director of the Center for Testing and Training Quality Assessment (Ho Chi Minh City National University), noted to candidates the new features of the competency assessment exam and the selection method for member units.
