Over the past 3 years, the movement of farmers competing in production and business excellence in Hai Duong has been taking place vigorously. There have been 180,985 farmer households registered to achieve the title of excellent production and business excellence at all levels, accounting for 66.4% of the total number of farmer households. Through evaluation, there were 123,461 households, accounting for 68.2% of the registered households achieving this title. Of these, 213 households achieved the title of excellent production and business excellence at the central level, 3,612 households at the provincial level, 20,134 households at the district level, and the rest at the grassroots level. Some localities have a high rate of households achieving the title of excellent production and business excellence such as Thanh Mien, Gia Loc, Chi Linh and Hai Duong.... The whole province also has 3,234 farmer members who have been helped to escape poverty.
