Accordingly , it is requested that provincial departments, branches, sectors, organizations, units, Localities review cases of leaders, cadres, civil servants, and public employees who meet the conditions and standards to be proposed for State-level commendation according to the provisions of the Law on Emulation and Commendation dated June 15, 2022 and promptly prepare procedures and documents to submit to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Home Affairs).
The dossier includes: Submission; minutes of the Emulation and Reward Council meeting; Achievement report; related documents (if any) .
Deadline for submitting complete documents to the Department of Home Affairs is before May 5, 2025.
