According to the report of the Department of Education and Training, Binh Dinh province has 20,069 candidates participating in the high school graduation exam in 2025; of which, 19,769 are students in grade 12 and 300 are independent candidates, an increase of 645 candidates compared to 2024. It is expected that there will be 45 exam sites (including 44 exam sites for candidates taking the exam according to the 2018 General Education program and 1 exam site for candidates taking the exam according to the 2006 General Education program), 870 exam rooms, 60 waiting rooms and 1,960 exam invigilators.

Candidates studying grade 12 in the 2024-2025 school year can register for the exam online on the Exam Management System and register for high school graduation recognition at high schools and Vocational Education and Continuing Education Centers.

Candidates taking the exam according to the General Education Program issued with Decision No. 16/2006/QD-BGDDT dated May 5, 2006, the Continuing Education Program issued with Decision No. 50/2006/QD-BGDDT dated November 7, 2006 can register for the exam, register for graduation recognition directly or online.

Regarding the enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year, from June 24, 2025 to July 26, 2025, kindergartens and primary schools will organize admission exams for 100% of children of the prescribed age to enter kindergartens and grade 1 according to the enrollment area. Secondary schools will organize admission exams for 100% of students who have completed the primary school program according to the enrollment area. Boarding schools for ethnic minorities (PTDTNT) with secondary level will conduct enrollment according to the quota in the enrollment plan for boarding schools for ethnic minorities for the 2025-2026 school year approved by the Provincial People's Committee.

By the end of the 2024-2025 school year, the whole province has 18,084 students studying in grade 9 who are eligible to apply for grade 10 high school in the 2025-2026 school year. The entrance exam for grade 10 of public high schools (except for 3 mountainous districts: Van Canh, Vinh Thanh, An Lao) including specialized schools will be held on 02 days, June 4-05, 2025.

High schools will organize the collection and approval of exam registration documents (online) and complete the data of candidates registering for the 10th grade entrance exam at specialized high schools and public high schools on the online admission software for grade 10 in the 2025-2026 school year (ending on May 19, 2025).

There are 25 examination councils with 42 examination sites at public high schools. The number of candidates taking the exam is about 17,500, with 727 examination rooms, over 2,314 personnel participating in the examination work. The whole province recruits no more than 15,228 (84.21%) students; of which, specialized schools recruit no more than 665 students, public schools recruit 14,563 students.

After the exam results are available, the admission process will continue to public schools in 3 mountainous districts and private schools. The admission process for students to high schools in 3 mountainous districts and private schools will be similar to previous years and will end on July 20, 2025. The regular education system will organize admission to grade 10 and will end on August 20, 2025.

At the meeting, departments, branches and localities gave their opinions on the assignment of enrollment targets for the 2025-2026 school year and the tasks and solutions that need to be focused on to successfully organize the 2025 High School Graduation Exam and the 10th grade entrance exam.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of Lam Hai Giang Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the efforts of all levels and sectors in preparing for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam and the enrollment work for the 2025-2026 school year.

Vice Chairman of Lam Hai Giang Provincial People's Committee emphasized that 2025 is the first year that the high school graduation exam and grade 10 entrance exam will be organized according to the 2018 general education program, so it is necessary to continue to review and prepare carefully, ensuring that the exams take place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations. Regarding the organization of preschool, grade 1, and grade 6 entrance exams, it is necessary to strictly follow the regulations, ensuring accuracy, fairness, objectivity, and full, clear, and public admission instructions.

The Department of Education and Training directs and inspects the completion of teaching plans, student assessment and classification in high schools and affiliated schools, and graduation exam preparation for grade 12 students; organizes the preparation of documents and facilities for the High School Graduation Exam; selects qualified and experienced staff to be the head of the examination site. Organizes meetings and training for managers, teachers, and staff in charge of admissions of educational institutions and the Department of Education and Training; directs educational institutions to prepare facilities for the exams.

The provincial police mobilized forces to ensure safety and security for the exams. Directed local police to coordinate with the Department of Education and Training and leaders of the examination sites to develop plans to protect the exams; ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention, etc. in the area. Proactively prevent and take measures to promptly stop and handle negative phenomena that affect the exams.

The Department of Health proactively coordinates with relevant sectors to regularly inspect food hygiene and safety in the area during the exam period.

Binh Dinh Electricity Company has a coordination plan to ensure power supply during the exam period. Priority is given to 100% power supply during the days of printing and copying exam papers at the printing and copying locations, exam locations during the exam period, exam marking and review locations during the exam marking and review period; there is a backup plan in case of power outage.

Localities closely coordinate and create favorable conditions for the Department of Education and Training to organize local exams well; actively prepare facilities, ensure security and order, traffic safety, food hygiene and safety... to organize exams with good results./.
