Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (TDH) has just sent a document to the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) to explain why its stock price increased to the ceiling for 5 consecutive sessions from May 24-30.
TDH believes that TDH shares have increased to the ceiling for 5 consecutive sessions due to the supply and demand of the stock market. Investors' decisions to buy and sell are beyond the control of the company. TDH does not have any impact on the stock trading price on the stock market.
After nearly 2 years of TDH shares being restricted from trading (only allowed to trade in the afternoon session), HOSE has removed TDH shares from the restricted trading list and allowed them to be traded full-time since May 25.
Regarding the criminal case related to TDH's electronic components business activities in the period of 2017-2019, which lasted for nearly 3 years, the incident that caused the most serious crisis in TDH's history is gradually coming to an end. The Ho Chi Minh City People's Court officially held a trial from June 6 to July 10.
From 2022 to now, the financial and real estate markets have been experiencing strong fluctuations, but unlike many businesses in the same industry, TDH assesses that its current operating cash flow is not under pressure from any debt. TDH's net cash flow from consolidated business operations is positive.
TDH is implementing townhouse and terraced house construction services for existing customers in old projects. Although there are still limitations and it has not brought in a large source of revenue, it has initially achieved certain results.
In addition, TDH is continuing to review and complete the legal procedures of unfinished projects to soon complete the transfer procedures to partners in some projects.
Closing the trading session on May 31, TDH shares continued to increase to the ceiling price of 4,510 VND/share. This is the 6th consecutive ceiling price increase of TDH.
