The delegation offered incense at the Ho Chi Minh Temple in Tuyen Quang City. Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegates expressed their respect and remembrance of Uncle Ho - the Father, the Hero of National Liberation, the Genius Leader, the Great Teacher of the Vietnamese Revolution, the World Cultural Celebrity, the Exemplary International Communist Soldier, the Close Friend of the Peace-loving and Socially Progressive Peoples of the World; vowed to continue to thoroughly grasp the study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, promote the spirit of solidarity, bravery, mettle and intelligence of Vietnam, and the cultural traditions of the nation; continue to strive, unite and join hands with the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people to build our country to become more and more developed, and for the people to have a prosperous and happy life.

At the Tan Trao Special National Relic Site, the leaders and the delegation offered incense at Na Nua Lair, where President Ho Chi Minh lived, worked and led the Vietnamese Revolution from late May to late August 1945.

The delegation offered incense at Tan Trao Communal House, where the National Congress was held on August 16 and 17, 1945, deciding to approve the General Uprising to seize power throughout the country, 10 major policies of the Viet Minh, defining the National Flag and National Anthem, and electing the Vietnam National Liberation Committee, the provisional government led by leader Ho Chi Minh as President.

Delegates offered incense and listened to explanations about the historical and cultural values of Tan Trao communal house.

The delegation also offered incense at the Memorial of revolutionary predecessors and planted souvenir trees at the Tan Trao Special National Relic Site.

The delegation visited the National Assembly Standing Committee relic site in Dong Ma village, Trung Yen commune, Son Duong district, where the National Assembly Standing Committee of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and President Ton Duc Thang lived and worked from late 1952 to 1954. The project has a particularly important meaning in educating revolutionary traditions, national pride and self-respect for cadres, party members and people, especially the younger generation.

At the historical site of the People's Police of Minh Thanh commune, Son Duong district, the delegation offered incense to commemorate and express their infinite gratitude for the contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs who devoted and sacrificed for the revolutionary cause of the nation.
