On the morning of April 2, the Provincial People's Court held a conference to review the work of the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2025. The conference was held online to court connection points of districts and cities in the province.

In the 6 months from October 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025, the two-level People's Court in the province accepted 1,420 cases of all kinds, resolved 882 cases, reaching a rate of 62%, of which 135 cases were at the provincial level and 747 cases were at the district level. Regarding criminal cases, 463 cases/726 defendants were accepted; 350 cases/543 defendants were resolved under first-instance and appeal procedures, reaching a rate of 76%; 399/807 civil, marriage and family, commercial and labor cases were resolved and accepted, reaching a rate of 49.4%. 373 citizens were received; 160 applications were received that met the conditions for mediation and dialogue. 100% of criminal judgments and decisions with legal effect were promptly and legally enforced.

In the coming time, the People's Courts at two levels will continue to accelerate progress and improve the quality of handling and adjudicating all types of cases; reorganize the Court apparatus according to the Politburo's policy to ensure streamlining, effective and efficient operations; promote digital transformation in the People's Courts, focusing on security and ensuring information security for information technology systems; focus on achieving and exceeding the set work targets for 2025.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Court awarded certificates of merit to 2 collectives and 32 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Cao Bang Provincial People's Court at two levels promotes the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, proactiveness, creativity, speeds up the progress and quality of resolving all types of cases".
