On the morning of March 25, the delegation of former Party Central Committee member and former Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh visited and presented gifts to the Vo Hong Son Center for Children with Disabilities in Cho Chua town (Nghia Hanh). Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Hong Minh attended.
The delegation of former Party Central Committee member and former Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh presented 80 million VND to the Vo Hong Son Center for Children with Disabilities and presented more than 100 gifts to children studying at the center.

Speaking at the program, former member of the Party Central Committee and former Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh acknowledged and praised the efforts of the staff, teachers and employees of the Vo Hong Son Center for Children with Disabilities in raising, caring for and supporting children in especially difficult circumstances. The children are not only taught to read and write, but also educated about personality to have a better life in the future. Fortunately, many of them have graduated, found jobs and built happy families.
Former member of the Party Central Committee and former Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh hopes that Quang Ngai province will continue to care for, support and accompany the center so that the children can study well and become useful citizens for society, as the original goal when it was established.

Every year, the Vo Hong Son Center for the Care of Disabled Children provides free education for 100-120 children, some years more than 140 children. In the 2024-2025 school year, the center will provide education for 109 children; of which, the second facility in Cu Chi District (Ho Chi Minh City) has received 16 children to learn to read and write and learn a trade. The center's leaders have also connected with the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Vocational Training and Employment and many other units to provide vocational training for the children. Many children have had a source of income from the profession they have studied and trained.
