On February 7, information from the People's Committee of Bao Loc city ( Lam Dong province) said that through inspection and review work throughout the city, most communes and wards are allowing illegal construction on agricultural land or construction with incorrect permits.
Specifically, from the beginning of March 2023, people reported the illegal construction of Mr. La Quoc V. (born in 1979) and Mr. Dang Xuan H. (born in 1960) in alley 71, Tran Nhat Duat street, connecting alley 36, Nguyen An Ninh street (village 5, Dam Bri commune).
Mr. La Quoc V.'s illegal construction is being dismantled by his family.
After receiving the case, on January 5 , 2023, the leaders of Dam Bri Commune People's Committee directly inspected the violations. Immediately afterwards, the Chairman of Bao Loc City People's Committee and Dam Bri Commune People's Committee issued a decision to suspend the violating constructions and at the same time impose administrative penalties, mobilizing the owners of the violating constructions to voluntarily dismantle them according to the provisions of law to restore the original state.
With the encouragement of the People's Committee of Bao Loc city and the People's Committee of Dam Bri commune (Lam Dong province), households La Quoc V. and Dang Xuan H. who had illegal construction works on agricultural land at Hamlet 5, Dam Bri commune agreed and voluntarily dismantled the illegal construction works.
Regarding the above violations, based on regulations, Bao Loc City People's Committee issued a disciplinary decision in the form of a warning against Mr. Tran Thien Thuat - Chairman of Dam Bri Commune People's Committee.
At the same time , the Chairman of Bao Loc City People's Committee also signed disciplinary decisions in the form of reprimand against Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach - Vice Chairman of Dam Bri Commune People's Committee; disciplinary decisions in the form of warning against Mr. Do Van Thuan - civil servant of Land, Construction and Environment of Dam Bri Commune.
Along with administrative sanctions, Bao Loc City People's Committee directed functional agencies and localities to resolutely implement measures to overcome the consequences.
Specifically, functional sectors and localities are responsible for coordinating with owners of violating construction works to organize self-dismantling, or forcibly dismantle, violating construction works according to the provisions of law.
