On the afternoon of April 14, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Bella Queen showcase of Korean violinist Jmi Ko took place.
After more than half a year of appearing on the Mis Cosmo 2024 stage, Jmi Ko officially released the MV for the song Bella Queen. This marks the first time the female artist has had a solo showcase in Vietnam.
Message of loving yourself in Bella Queen
Opening the program, Jmi Ko performed three songs that reflected the cultural exchange between Vietnam and Korea. That was Arirang - a traditional song about the culture and people of Korea, which is also the female artist's hometown.
In addition, Miss Xuan Hanh also contributed her voice to Hello Vietnam. Finally, the female artist sent her gratitude to her mother through Thank you, Mom .

Talking about this song, Miss Xuan Hanh said that every time she listens to it, she always feels excited: "I feel like I'm reliving the emotions of the Miss Cosmo final night, a very important night for me and everyone here.

'Vietnam is my home'
Although his hometown is in Korea, Jmi Ko "fell in love" with Vietnam and decided to start a business in Vietnam by chance.
"I am very lucky to call Vietnam 'home' for the past 13 years. My family moved here because of my husband's job. Since then, Vietnam has not only been a place to live but also a place for me to live fully with my passion for art."

Jmi Ko said that before coming to Vietnam, she was the principal violinist for a chamber orchestra in Korea. After 13 years working here, in addition to performing at events, the female artist also took on the role of orchestra director at the International School of Ho Chi Minh City (ISHCMC).
Besides, Jmi Ko affirmed that Bella Queen is not a single project, but a starting point for a journey to discover new experiences as an artist.

"I aim to release a new music product every month, including collaborations with DJs in the trance and hip hop genres.
In addition to my creative projects, I am also looking for opportunities to collaborate with the ISHCMC Music Academy and Orchestra with the desire to accompany young people and nurture musical talents. At the same time, I will organize charity concerts to spread positive values to the community," she added.
Jmi Ko has lived and worked in Vietnam since 2011, has performed at many events and released MVs such as Gất đầu, My Destiny, Part of the world, Heal the world, Hello Vietnam...
