On March 15, at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi), T&T Group and SHB Bank successfully organized the SHB - T&T Cultural Festival 2025 with the message "Steadfastly entering the new era". This is not only an internal activity, but also a grand and highly symbolic cultural and artistic event, clearly demonstrating the spirit of innovation of two leading economic organizations in Vietnam.

For the first time, a corporate cultural festival was organized in the format of the Olympic Games opening ceremony, gathering more than 15,000 people representing a total of 80,000 employees in the system, with the selection criteria being to prioritize workers directly involved in production in domestic and foreign fields of T&T Group and SHB - those who have never had the opportunity to experience a cultural festival of such scale. All together created a grandiose, inspiring cultural and artistic space, imbued with national spirit and the cultural imprint of the enterprise.

The flame was welcomed from the Ancestral Land, passed down through generations of T&T – SHB leaders and employees, and lit at the fire station at My Dinh Stadium, becoming a living testament to the commitment of T&T Group and SHB in the journey of building and developing the country.

The atmosphere of the Cultural Festival became even more majestic and emotional in the sacred moment when more than 15,000 people sang the National Anthem together, setting a new Vietnamese record for the largest number of people participating in the flag salute and singing the National Anthem at a corporate event. In particular, the presence of the family of the late musician Van Cao, the author of the National Anthem, further enhanced the profound meaning of the event.
