"Book Exhibition and Introduction" Festival in Hiep Duc District

At the exhibition booths arranged in the yard of the District Cultural Center (Tan Binh town), schools display and arrange art books according to themes, ideas, and content of their own choice. Students are free to be creative in the art of decoration, display, and arrangement. Many exhibition booths of schools are colorful, vividly decorated, beautiful, and scientific like a friendly mobile library, attracting viewers.
Most of the exhibition booths focus on the main contents including: celebrating Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21), aiming to celebrate the 52nd Anniversary of Hiep Duc Liberation Day (April 30, 1972 - April 30, 2024); celebrating the 49th Anniversary of the Complete Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975).

Schools select books in different fields (literature, science, life skills, sex education, history, stories, novels...) but do not use textbooks and at least 100 or more books.

According to the People's Committee of Hiep Duc district, the contest aims to continue to build, form and develop a reading culture in schools, helping cadres, teachers, employees and students practice the habit of reading, learning and following the good and beautiful things from books. Creating conditions for students to participate in reading right in the outdoor library space.
