A representative of Saigontourist Travel said that on the first day, the booth welcomed more than 175 customers, many of whom booked tours and paid quickly, bringing in revenue of more than 2.5 billion VND. Of which, domestic tours accounted for 40% with routes from the Central and Northern regions for departure this summer.
Vietravel Tourism Company also had two positive sales days when welcoming more than 2,000 visitors, of which on the first day alone, more than 900 customers booked promotional tours at the festival; revenue on the first day reached nearly 2.9 billion VND.
Entering the second day of Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival, TST Tourist's booth continued to attract a large number of visitors to learn about and participate in activities.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Man, the company's communications and marketing director, said that on the first day, the number of visitors to the booth was about 500, of which nearly 50 were interested and booked tours.

"The tours that interested tourists at the booth focus on the countries of Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Australia, Europe, Mongolia, and India," said Mr. Man.
Besides foreign tours, tourists also pay attention to destinations associated with islands such as Quy Nhon, Phu Yen, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Da Lat...
Quick statistics from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism on the first day showed nearly 1,800 customers buying tours, with total revenue of more than 26.3 billion VND, an increase of 49% over the same period in 2023.
